- Contact & Communication Data: Your phone number, messaging platform identifier (such as your Telegram user ID or WhatsApp number ID), and the message history between you and our bot.
- Webpage Analytics: Anonymized visit metrics (such as views, page hits, and timing data) for websites generated under the pagebot.shop domain to help you understand your traffic.
3. How We Use Your Information

- Website Generation & Hosting: To generate and publish your public business landing page, digital card, or menu link at a custom sub-domain (e.g.,

- AI Enrichment: We share your business inputs and menu descriptions with professional AI models (like Google Gemini and Anthropic Claude) under strict confidentiality API terms to parse uploaded menu images (OCR) and write tailored web copy, headlines, and descriptions.
- Image Sourcing: To query and fetch relevant visual assets matching your services from professional photo APIs (such as Unsplash) based on your business type.
- Customer Service Chatbot: To feed basic details of your business into an automated responder system that answers questions for your site visitors 24/7.
4. Data Sharing & Third-Party APIs
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or business data to third parties for marketing purposes. However, we coordinate with the following trusted service providers to make Pagebot work:
- AI Providers: Google (Gemini API) and Anthropic (Claude API) receive your inputs solely to generate website text and parse uploaded images. They do not train public models on your private data.
- Database & Hosting: Google Cloud Platform (Firestore and Cloud Run) securely stores and processes your site configuration and database records.
- Payment Processors: If you upgrade to a premium plan, payment processing is handled securely via Razorpay. We do not store credit card numbers or banking passwords on our servers.
5. Public Availability of Websites
By using Pagebot to build a website, you understand and agree that the generated website page (including your business name, menu, price list, hours, and specified contact WhatsApp/phone number) is placed on the public web at your assigned URL, search engines can index it, and anyone with the link can view it.
6. Data Deletion & Your Rights
You retain full control over your business website and data. You can delete your website, turn off the bot, or request a complete wipe of all your database records at any time:
- By sending the reset/delete instructions to our bot on WhatsApp/Telegram.
- By contacting our support team directly via email at mail@pagebot.shop.
Once a deletion request is initiated, we instantly erase your records from our active databases, which invalidates and removes the public website cache.
